solid alternative for California second grade reading/ELA video lessons?

, We recently moved back to California. We need homeschool help. Our kid is in second grade and needs a reading/ELA curriculum which hopefully is solid and by certified teachers. Do the reading/ELA courses here would be a good choice? Any guidance is appreciated!
