Hey Certainly, students of all ages are permitted to be home-schooled in Macon County, Illinois. But make sure you follow the prerequisites required to homeschool your children in Macon County, Illinois. You really have three regulations to homeschool in Illinois. Homeschooling is permitted in Illinois. The law in Illinois treats homeschools as "private schools". You are not required to register your school nor are you required to have your school recognized by the state of Illinois. The law does not allow its registration or to be officially recognized.
