Lernsys trademark

  Noralee1982 » Sun, 13 Dec 2020 21:19:41 PM

I am wondering if anybody knows the answer to this. I would like to copy a few pages from an Italian for beginners book that has a lot of creative writing curriculum for 5th grade so I can homeschool my kiddo. Do I need to get copyright or trademark permission from the author to do this?

Hello there.study I think you're legally allowed to copy up to 10% as long as it is for teaching and not for commercial purposes.

Hello there.emoji-happy I actually think that it's lawful. Best of luck homeschooling!

From what I understand, if it's ten percent or less, you should be OK. I believe it's legal.
