These services can include: participating in events, groups, or athletics upon prior contact with the local school board to confirm availability. Upon approval by the local school board, the homeschooled students are given permission to participate in extracurricular activities such as physical education, band and drivers ed which may be available in specific school districts. Welcome to the group! Absolutely, homeschooled kids may access certain school services in Texas. Some services are available if the school district gives you access to it. Our experience has been great with Lernsys School.

Welcome to the forum! Yes, a few school services are accessible to homeschoolers in Texas. The public school system is not forced by law to provide certain services to homeschoolers.
