Greetings. Most definitely, homeschooled students are allowed to access certain school services. The public school system in Texas is not mandated by law to provide some services to homeschoolers in Texas. The individual school districts and schools are free to decide this. These services may include: participating in events, groups, or athletics upon prior contact with the local school board to confirm availability. Upon approval by the local school board, the homeschooled students are permitted to participate in extracurricular activities such as physical education, band and drivers ed which may be available in specific regions. Absolutely, homeschoolers are permitted to access a few school services in Texas. Some services are available if the school permits it. We have had a great experience so far with the Lernsys program.

Certainly, homeschooled students are permitted to access some school services in Texas. The public school system is not required by law to provide certain services to homeschoolers.
