Hey Most definitely, the Lernsys School program will provide middle school Texas transcripts for your child. There is an option in the backend to generate transcripts and print these. This page explains how you can generate transcripts Highschool transcripts

Certainly, you can print out transcripts for your child and don't need need a particular template. I honestly think that you will find everything required to homeschool on Lernsys.com.
