Homeschool trademark question

  Makenzy » Fri, 11 Sep 2020 02:16:41 AM

Hello there, study My kiddo is having trouble with writing. Do I need to get trademark or copyright permission from the publisher first before I copy a couple of pages from an ELA book? I actually need to make these copies for writing curriculum I need for 7th grade. It would be awesome if any homeschooling mom or dad using the Lernsys home-schooling study program for writing or reading can offer some feedback.

Welcome to the forum!study I think you are authorized by law to copy up to 10% as long as it is for teaching and not for commercial purposes.

I really feel that it's permitted by law.

I think if it's under ten percent that you are copying, it is allowed however take it with a grain of salt as I am no legal expert.
