Hello. Not by law. Sadly, the law in California doesn't require schools to provide services to homeschooling families. In California the public school system isn't obligated by law to provide certain services to homeschoolers. Homeschooled students may be able to participate in extracurricular activities of the local school whenever there is a chance as well as other academic programs they may choose. Parents must make a request to the local school to find out whether the child will be eligible to participate in the upcoming school year.

By law, homeschoolers aren't automatically given access to some school services in California. Some services may be available if the school gives you access to it.
