Hey there!emoji-happy Do homeschoolers in California receive a diploma? What do you think about the program? I would be thankful if someone with home-schooling experience can give me some ideas or pointers.

Hey,study Parents in California get to decide when their homeschooled student can graduate and then give the homeschooler a diploma upon graduation. Homeschoolers in California are not required by law to take any test in order to graduate. Parents in California are at liberty to include what they deem relevant to military, future workplace places and universities when creating their children's transcripts. Homeschooled students in California meet graduation requirements upon determination by the parent. A parent may choose to assign credits to individual courses studied during the course of the homeschooling period. You may want to browse the following page which contains very helpful details regarding California homeschool laws and regulations:

Homeschoolers in California are subjected to the same requirements as students in public school.

The eligibility criteria in California for the GED is the same for homeschoolers as well as public school students.
