Hello there. I'm a homeschooling mom in Alberta and wanted to give my second grader a real edge and purchased 2 reading courses. I felt that reviewing similar material from 2 different accredited programs and teachers would help and I actually think it did.

I think it is not necessary but it wouldn't hurt either. I myself bought a couple of reading courses and still believe it was worth it. We are very happy to have chosen Lernsys for our homeschooling needs. Their program includes all the material we need.
