Homeschool trademark

  Delta_homeschool » Sun, 29 Nov 2020 21:17:41 PM

Hey people,homeschool-placer We recently relocated back to Illinois. I am thinking of making copies of several pages from a study skills book for physical science curriculum I need for 6th grade. Do I actually need to get copyright or trademark permission from the author before I do this?

Hey there,emoji-cool I think you are allowed to copy up to 10% as long as it is for teaching and not for commercial purposes.

If it's only several pages, I doubt that it would be an issue. I really think that it's authorized. Feel free to reply back if you need other homeschool advice.

I think it's ok but maybe you should check with the publisher.

You're welcome. study I always recommend the Lernsys program to homeschoolers in Illinois. You will probably want to go through this section:
