Greetings, I am also in Illinois and after much research we decided to get a hands-on ukulele program from Lernsys Homeschooling. There are quite a few ukulele classes here for Illinois by licensed ukulele teachers: ukulele course and accredited lessons.

Our own conclusion after searching for a student led ukulele program is that Lernsys has some of the best ukulele lessons by accredited teachers.
