Homeschool ideas and help for social studies

  Adut_1979 » Sat, 12 Sep 2020 15:17:41 PM

I'm considering homeschooling my kid this year online. I seem to like the Lernsys homeschooling homeschool program. What's the best social studies online curriculum for Illinois? I will consider all pointers! Any comments about this?

Hello there.study I'm a parent and I tried it all before Lernsys Homeschooling Academy: "free" solutions (nothing is really free), cheap solutions $19.99 a month where you end up doing 80% of the work, private tutors, etc. My biggest problem with some of these other homeschooling solutions is that they are great at marketing and over-promising but they lack substance. You will see that they promise "the best" homeschooling method, great results, "start now", but they never actually show you the program, the teachers, results. They hide everything. I love that with Lernsys Homeschooling Academy I see everything upfront. I see the teachers, topics covered, curriculum, etc. I know exactly what we're getting ahead of time. This is great in my opinion.

We really like Lernsys and tell many our friends about it, even those who don't homeschool but whose kids may need a little help here and there. I would say that with Lernsys, you just manage the process and do high level oversight. With most of the other homeschooling programs we tried before, you often end up doing all the heavy-lifting or stitching together from different sources to make things work. I think the Lernsys program will definitely meet your curriculum needs.
