Good day everyone, Our family just recently moved to Illinois and and so we now need a highly recommended homeschooling program for our kiddo. Does someone know if I need to get trademark permission from the publisher first before I copy a couple of pages from a language and reading book for homeschooling? I need to make the copies because I need some English language arts curriculum for grade 5. Any comments are welcome!

Hey there, Under Fair Use, you are allowed by law to make a limited amount of copies if you are using it as parody, to criticize or comment, or for news reporting, teaching, or scholarship and research.

Hey there, Under Fair Use, you are allowed by law to make a limited amount of copies if you are using it as parody, to criticize or comment, or for news reporting, teaching, or scholarship and research.

Hi! I don't think it would be a problem if it's just a couple of pages but you may want to take this with a grain of salt as I am not a copyright attorney.

Welcome, I believe if it's under ten percent that you're copying, it is lawful but I am not a lawyer.
