Welcome to the forum, I believe a homeschool program you can access from anywhere is a better choice. We got tired of dealing with private tutors and the usual $20 to $40 per hour fee. Come on, this is not undergrad school! It's just high school!

The first problem is finding an affordable and reliable tutor. Very hard to find and harder to keep. This is why we started using Lernsys. Best of luck homeschooling!
