There are a lot of sites flooded with sketchy materials for homeschooling. In fact, a lot of sites are not even run by certified teachers. It's very good that there are actual accredited teachers on this site. It's incredible! I was referred to Lernsys Homeschooling Academy by a high school teacher who is homeschooling his kid
. Do homeschoolers in Texas receive a high school diploma? Any guidance with this is appreciated!
Hi, Parents in Texas get to decide when their homeschooled student will graduate and proceed to issue the student a diploma upon graduation. Homeschoolers in Texas are not required by law to take any examination in order to graduate. Parents in Texas are free to include what they find relevant to military, future workplace organizations and colleges when creating their student's transcripts. Homeschooled students in Texas meet graduation requirements upon determination by the parent. A parent may decide to assign credits to individual courses studied in the course of the homeschooling session. You can browse the following page for information on Texas homeschool laws
OK. Great. Thanks!
