Welcome to the group! Most definitely, families are permitted to homeschool their kids in Randolph County, Illinois just be sure to follow Illinois legal requirements to homeschool your child. You basically have 3 guidelines to homeschool in Illinois. Homeschooling is allowed in Illinois. The law in Illinois treats homeschools as "private schools". You are not required to register your school nor are you required to have your school recognized by the state of Illinois. The law does not allow its registration or to be officially recognized.
